
Computers are slow, things don't work as they should, store needs to be mopped and cleaned more often, coupons don't work, sales are hard to understand, stock is always wrong. Over worked employees, underpaied
They are creative people who want to learn, have fun and help the customers. Everyone has something they are crafty about and have a wide variety of knowledge on it. But that should never be required because are not going to get training.
The amount of never ending work, high stress customer service, old and bad computer software all slow it down. The lack of formal training, knowledge to sell the higher priced items, and horrible stock is out of date. Like I should trust the computer with stock. I don't. If we don't get eyes on it..
Define leadership team? As in the ones in store that work with me on the floor or do you mean middle or upper management? Because those with me are amazing. They can do better, but its not their fault. Upper needs to get into gear and understand what is needed. No one should be without help.
