She was great until she quit from frustrations with corporate

My manager workday hard to keep our store running and shows appreciation for all that her employees do for her.

Good at giving me direction on what needs to be done

All ways keeping us informed

Review from Operations Dept

He's communicative, kind, and helpful

They make you want to do your best

There always there when you need them

We all make a good team

No answer for right now

true , and caring leader

There is room for improvement

I love my manager but have no respect for anyone above her.

I love my manager but everyone above them is only concerend about the bottom dollar. No concern about employees. They cut the best employees pay in half and lost all of them.

They look out for the best interests of the employees. Pitch in to help when needed.

Communication among coworkers at every level

They keep work positive and are knowledgable.

Easy-going and willing to listen to compromise when suggested.

They are wonderful to work with

they actually kept the store up and running

I am part of the leadership team, we actually care about our coworkers

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everuthing. Listening to the manager's reccomendations would be a good start.

Everything we all know absolutly nothing becuse our manager has bot taught up anything

It needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Clearly a company that does not care about its employees

LEADERSHIP, COMMUNICATION, RESPECT FOR EMPLOYEES

Review from Customer Success Dept

More hours better communications more staff better leadership

Communication and fairness fratinizing I an issue not clocking for lunches on going issue

Treating their employees like humans.

Communication from management needs improvement.

Basic competency and professionalism. Managers need to be held accountable for their actions, specifically harassment and threatening behavior towards employees.

Communication, the general manager needs to stop being so rude with their employees. They act like they don’t care at al

Review from Sales Dept

being obscenely aggressive for no reason and violating simple human rights given to the employees (as in forced in office conversations with management and declining the ability for the person their speaking with to have a witness of their own in the room)

Review from Sales Dept

Hiring, scheduling, making sure our equiptment works, appricitaing what the small team we have does and reflect that in our pay and time off.

Not Being Passive-Aggressive Towards Employees

Stop offering pizza parties for sales drives, employees know management gets cash bonuses off of our work, it's insulting. Stop requiring employees to ask about your "charity" that's basically extra $ for the company, we know that too.

Time management, mental well being, and motivation.

Not belittling you when they speak to you. Take some time to listen to the employees so they aren't afraid to come to you with questions. Create an engagement survey for employees to take to understand what is going on in the store

Facilities Management- the floors are filthy and the bathrooms are hardly stocked with toilet paper or cleaned with sanitizer.

Communication and understanding. Along with knowing how to give out a proper amount of hours per employee.

Treating all emplees the same

Communication with the team and planning.
