Work is based on selling rather than building a rapport with guests. In an ideal work environment, employees would be measurably rewarded for being friendly and knowledgable.

Hourly workers are underpaid and underappreciated while corporate continues to pack on the workload. No incentive to sell the tons of units they wants us to. Implement a commission on big ticket items like cricut and sewing machines, and your employees will work harder.
