They need to be more team players and not competitive towards one another .especially during this pandemic.. management needs to be more supportive

New hires are not properly trained..one sees potential..I enjoy working with co workers that are team players ..will work regardless of their feelings towards others..it's called maturity

Not lately..staffing and training is horrible..no support..mailers are misleading.. customers upset about the wording..are rude and I wish signs were up saying please have all your coupons ready at the register..

My previous manager seemed to hire more people with some type of crafting/hobbies that benefits our customers..new management hires friends and family and young ones that have no hobbies or do any crafting.. that's been the downfall

Pay rise.. especially during this covid period..okay $2. more but that's going away even though covid still exists.. sanitizing dealing with customers..so many bopis orders that more staffing is needed..cashier's cannot take out orders and tend to long lines at the same time..

Stop nepatism..if there is an issue with the employee.. don't say it in front of other employees..telling staff to work faster especially at this time of year. Especially during covid when everyone is working hard and being treated badly by customers.. customers have gotten so mean
