Having been in two different roles now. The confidence and experience from the first role were rewarding. Giving me purpose and teaching me new skills and techniques with guidance to match. My current role although has potential to advance me in my personal growth has been limit and unguided.

Understanding the worth and value of their employees. Be better at understanding the market of pay. Not everyone is skilled the same and those with most experience and skill should be compensated such.

The reason I feel undervalued is because the guidance and support for my role has not been seen or given. I am unable to showcase my skills and development if I am not sure what my direction is. Also, I am still unclear who I report to as of right now I report to 3 different individuals.
