My team works without having to be looking over their shoulders. They come in, do their job and we all go home safe.

The clinic, i love having access to a health care provided on site before we go to a doctor's office and the flexibility it provides.

The people i work with are very easy going. We can disagree on topic but we can still work together and I like the fact that we can get past our disagreements.

The humbleness and the connection they have with the rest of the company. Our CEO really listens to the employees, he doesn't just sit at the top, he gathers with us whenever possible.
