My Manager is great, my department is effective. However, expanding to the business as a whole it is hard to execute goals with many block aids at each department. Someone can always find a reason why we can't do something.

It's really hard to move up within my department. A lot of verbal promises but no deliveries. There's a lot of "drama" in the department and a lack of presence in our area specific.

Personalities are everywhere, you need to know what headspace your coworker is in that day. Personalities clash and sometimes it hard to effectively communicate.

Leadership team is wrapped up in looking at financials, which while important leaves a lot to be inspired. Not a lot of development or motivation passed down.

-15% below market rate, with that being said my work environment is great. Constantly forced to wear multiple hats as a job, but it is a great opportunity to learn new skills.
