Very good. Proud to work at Lancer. There are still some folks/processes that need to be changed, but over the recent years, Lancer Sr. Mgmt has done the right thing in order to move the company forward.

Lancer continues to create and refine processes to our working environment that were missing previously (example...PCR process is now being managed by someone).

Bonus is good, but it is still unclear what numbers we are being measured against. We track gross sales via daily reporting from AX. However, it was revealed in 2023 that the bonus was actually based on net sales (after rebates and shipping costs). This needs to be clarified more.
