I enjoy working for the company, It's unfortunate that changes/great ideas aren't forthcoming and can take far too long to be instigated. R & D has been none existent in a changing market especially since COVID.

Finding a solution to a dealers request, in a timely matter. Working with my clients 85% of them are fantastic. When my support teams assists for a common goal/result.

Communicate with BDM's in the field a lot better & give them better resources to achieve more market share. Listen to what the market requires/demands from a leading brand in the Hospitality industry. Treat all workers as a team
