I enjoy my job. The work is easy and the morale is positive. I have worked for Murphy's through the entire pandemic and have seen many people get hired in as shift leads and fail to maintain their employment. All I want is something to be proud of and my boss is preventing me from doing so.

A store manager who is willing to listen and follow through on the concerns of employees, especially senior cashiers who have been with them since the beginning.

We make our customers feel like family and our team gets excited to see familiar and friendly faces. Doing so really makes the customers come back more often.

I have proven myself time and time again to be promoted and have worked on many issues regarding improvement. When the time comes for me to get promoted, someone else who has the same opprotunities of growth comes along and takes the spot, regardless of length of employment.

I love working with my team because we tend to understand what each and every other person has planned or has gathered enough experience and resources to tackle a problem. We work as a mechanical instrument, but our manager is holding us back when we want to be better.

New cashiers are being hired in making more money or the same amount of pay as I do. I have been with the company for over a year and do not understand why I can't seem to get my voice to be heard. My manager ignores my concerns and it has led me into a major depression. Please help me.
