Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Training was always being yelled at by Asst Mgr. on how to do things even in front of customers Customers complained to Mgr but she didn't even talk to Asst Mgr about it. You need to surprise drug test all employees there.

I don't feel as if I'm better Ng paid according to my experience and the amount of work that I do. I don't receive any extra benefits other than a paycheck, I keep being told that I have to be management of some sort to even be offered health insurance etc.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work very hard, we show up everyday and we are all very genuine with out customers and we've been running our store with only 3 employees for the last couple of months, no complaints but the extra help would be nice

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership skills, proper training of management and new employees. Realizing someone that is there, and has potential and should be given an opportunity to be more than just a cashier. And also being more involved in making sure that great employees stay happy and love going to work! Appreciation
