Doing there share of all the work load. And being on time more often. Not calling off so much.

Employee relations and professionalism when at work.

Proper training would help. She was promoted from shift lead to SM but never received training. I have been in convenience retail since 1995 and I have never witnessed such behavior. It makes for an uncomfortable environment for us all.

Relate to the field teams . Come more into the stores. Make those random trips to stores outside of el dorado

Did not inter act with excutives.

The cussing in front of customers. The talking bad about the entire team and each other. Having favorites. Scheduling you whenever they want when they hired you for one position

At my store, literally everything.

Inputting employee time and payroll correctly

Finding solutions instead of oh just fire them

They need to get better at everything

New leadership is what it needs

They have to do better at communication, not showing favoritism, and not doing things to other employees due to personal issues that they have with that employee.
