Murphy USA Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Medical insurance ,commissions that are paid

Just signing up for the first time.

Not really sure about it

Stock is up over 1000% - better than nearly every other company.

Flexible management and options presented.

401k, profit sharing the bedt

The paid was fair for the job.

The package in general is great

That I get one for once

I don't have one yet

The 401k is good to have

allows me to grow with the company

That I really don't have an answer for

That the even offered one

Matching for 401k is great

The best part is the pay

It works well for me

My 401k and medical is great

Review from Operations Dept

I really enjoy the pay

Commission when you reach management roles

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay more and give more hours

I wish there was a way that if we had to take time off to go to a doctor, we should be compensated. But it should be only for emergencies and out of necessity..

Review from Sales Dept

The hourly rate is ridiculous to the amount of work.

I have been overlooked because my GM keeps hiring former employees of his previous job and bringing them and cutting my hours constantly telling me that I am wrong or doing something wrong or setting something up wrong when I'm not all I'm doing is checking and stalking and then I'm going

If I got paid more considering I do more work. That would make it worth it alot More to me, considering how much work I do and the things we have to put up with each day

They terminted me a month prior to my resignation date

I feel like me and my employees get treated like we are dog toys and my shift lead, is getting 12 an hour instead of 13 or 14an hour which she did more work then manager and assistant

I am good at my job, but am overwhelmed when as I'm helping my customers, all I'm thinking about is that list that I was too busy to get to. Managers need to consider this and not assume we are all lazy. Overlapping shifts by at least 30 minutes helps to get things done.

Insurance plans could be lower. Management after three to five years of service should receive serval point increase in 401k match

Review from Sales Dept

They work us into the ground but don't have enough employees to allow us a decent break. They won't allow us to protect ourselves. Or give us safety.

Treat everyone the same . Not different

Better pay and actually get a raise.

I would appreciate better pay

I feel that as a manager if we are clocking more then 100 hours in 2 weeks we should get hourly pay for those hours

We all need to be on the same page

Let us use our sick days as mental health days

Review from Sales Dept

What would make me feel better is having managers that can train and do their job

Employees deserve a higher amount when it comes to pay.

If I handed the company an itemized list of my bills (rent/mortgage, utilities, food, transportation, auto health home and life insurance, consumables ect. The payscale would not even come close to what is needed to be "fun tonal member of society.

I was a new hire and was treated inappropriately.
