What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I encourage my team to be open and talk to myself freely . I wan tthem to feel safe while enjoying their tome at work .

Positive is it somebody young can do it but I need to put somebody else on the floor never by their selves

When the assistant manager is not around everyone is at ease.

The most positive about our store.. It is very low end and blue collar friendly, Which is a very good thing. I think it lens itself to our area, As we live in a very militant area.

Our boss is extremely organized. And does EVERYHING. can also fix anything. She is Awesome. It's great working for a leader. My other complaint besides compensation is the POST PAY PUMPS. it's hard on a sat or sun to watch 8 pumps deal with incompetence and the system is so slow. minutes

A more open door policy for us to be able to express ourselves and not get beat over the head or afraid to say something.

Leadership skills, proper training of management and new employees. Realizing someone that is there, and has potential and should be given an opportunity to be more than just a cashier. And also being more involved in making sure that great employees stay happy and love going to work! Appreciation
