The local team is really a good one to be part of and my manager is someone who I really trust and appreciate. I see my added value to the company's success tough I don't see it's well paid or recognized. While the results are oversold by management, compensation is quite poor.

Many of us know each other for long-long years. We really belong to one team and everyone is trying to add his/her part to it - while others help if needed. The ones, who's personality or work attitude does not fit into the company's, will leave sooner or later.

Altough it's a small team, we always find a way to solve everything. everyone is open-minded and helpful. Noone needs to be afraid of her opinion, we can talk to our manager honestly. All of us are working on the goal to reach our targets and helping each other in it.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
The flexibility provided thanks to the covid situation with the home office is really something great in this bad word. Formerly HO was allowed once a month and employees were treated a bit like children trying to avoid working while not seated in the office. I'm glad to see the great improvement.
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
I enjoy my daily tasks. Maybe these are small things but truly believe I can add to the company's success. I am happy that I can share my ideas and my manager is open to them. I feel the opportunity to learn new things/ try myself out in new areas time to time.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
While the inflation rate is 5-6% MoM, the company provides only 3% increase YOY which means we are loosing a lot every year in purchasing power. The average salaries are also not too high if you check the national average - and since the bonus is calculated on the salary it's very-very low.
