I do love how much Force For Good does and feel like it's a cause everyone can get behind.
Focusing on products and customers rather than ESG or other off putting agendas which impacts business and markets' success.
Performing work they're expected to do and not rely on management to step in and do it on their behalf and being proactive and creative.
It is hard to feel satisfied with pay when you do more work than others that make a lot more $ and are treated more favorably --when they do less work.
Other companies and competitors pay better, but I think NSE is still a very generous company in terms of bonuses. I feel there are other ways of retaining employees. ie: Improving Spoon food, somewhat regular Corp. activities, award program/incentives, etc.
