We are align. We are responsible. We don't micromanage. We trust each other and fully aware with what we do and what not.

We are not paid enough with what we do. We always exceed and go beyond our job description. We would feel better if our salary increase not just based on performance but also in economic growth.

They are many things needed to be address. I don't think 300 characters is enough. For me, is to improve ways of sale tactics, train our account managers, we need to go on trend. Tiktok is the no.1 platform for selling and marketing products.
