That my coworkers are a source of sanity amongst the instability and low morale of the company right now.

Better, more clear direction and less micromanagement from upper management, and less "stay in your lane" politics within work.

If you are going to increase workload with layoffs, I would hope that team members are compensated based on the increased workload.

Their ability to collaborate, teach, assume the best of others and they are forgiving. I feel fortunate to work with such competent people.

Not micromanaging, taking concerns seriously and listening to those on the ground doing the day-to-day work. We need an leadership team who builds the vision and then steps back and lets people do the job they were hired for.
