Its great... I feel like meetings are just overkill in some cases and can drag too long, and that people are just happy to pin them all over each others calendars. (at increasingly odd times of the day/night too) I enjoy the challenges. I don't feel like the company is interested in promotions

Everyone (for the most part) is trying to improve, learn, and do better.

I feel like as we work from home more, the normal office hours of 8/9am - 5pm are being stretched earlier and later because it is perceived that since we are from home, we are always available. (and a "global company" so of course you should extend your hours...) Its hard to balance that

It would be helpful to have a more clear understanding of what "Leadership Team" is referring to. You talking about Ryan Naperski and those leaders, or closer to home like my managers and directors? For the latter, They seem to have a lot of things going. That can be good and bad. They are trying :)
