There is a good energy all around. Executives saying hello in the elevator. Hearing distributor success stories. Town halls.

I'm middle management so don't interact directly with top leaders. I like the town halls and the energy that Rich & Ryan have when talking to us. Both seem very positive and uplifting.

My team focuses on making the company successful and doesn't get caught up in the politics. They are thick skinned and don't get offended easily. They work well globally with our regional markets and believe in the products we develop.

I feel like R&D is not treaded like a partner. More like marketing dictates what we should do vs working together to innovate. I've helped develop products that have brought in over 1BN in sales. LifePak Nano, G3, AgeLOC R2, Y SPAN and literally heard marketers take full credit.
