
When I got interviewed it was a 3 stage process. I felt like I was never left wondering about where I stood. They were very communicative and positive during the experience.
If the higher level management gave more engaging feedback rather then attack staff people wouldn't blame others for things. To improve things with coworkers you need to eliminate the fear of being attacked by your boss across all staff.
We were forced into fake positive events.. They would literally create fake awards just for social media photo ops to pretend it was a happy place.. The only good thing in that store were the associates, training them and seeing their excitement when succeeding at their role.
When the District Managers were not in store. When they would come to store we would have to spend an over night cleaning and perfecting the store to fake perfection.. and even still they DM would come in with nothing good to say. Just point out where you failed
