I like how they promote from within. My store's management team is really close to the associates and lead. They are fairly understanding and compassionate. regional executives can be a little indifferent and stand offish when visiting the store.

I think that raises need to be standardized more. Not only should they be based on the amount of time spent there but also how much the individual does for the company.

This company is nothing like what was explained during my orientation. Training is minimal and you have to figure most of it out on your own. No positive re-enforcement... Always want more results.
