Allow leaders to work with workers under them and lead. It would be more effective if leaders and managers work together and not against each other.

The environment for the most part is positive, it helps to give positive reinforcement to employees when they are performing at and above and especially when customers let you know they were very helpful. I think there should be events for employees off the clock

I think they need to be more organized and know how to delegate duties to employees. I also believe they should allow employees to do their assigned jobs instead of pulling them to perform other duties that are not urgent. Managers should also be more knowledgeable.
