1 manager in particular is really good at teaching us how to be better in a constructive way. The way he multitask under pressure holds the restaurant together sometimes

We have a good system for everyone running eachothers food, no one leaves the kitchen without a tray. If anyone ever needs help with a tray there's always someone to help. We have a lot of fun in the kitchen and closing together at night
