There job at understanding there employees during the covid 19 pandemic. No communication, they dont care about there servers. We make alot of money for them, for them to try to avoid paying unemployment insurance. I was told to contact HR. Why? Isn't that there job? They make 100000 a year.

The relationships between management and FOH employees is beyond inappropriate at our locations. The managers favorites get to work 6 days a week with doubles while the rest of us scramble to pick up shifts. Managers go out for drinks with said employees or even drink together at the restaurant.

My compensation I'm okay with. What I'm not okay with is having my hours cut in favor of other servers that are 'best friends' with the scheduling manager. Hugely inappropriate. I'm not okay with my section being cut to 2 or 3 tables and working only one day a week.
