I have been humiliated and degraded by my managers and by coworkers who are way too friendly with management. I have been made to feel like I am horrible at a job I've been doing for 10 years. My managers act like children. Please help.

I was interviewed right away and hired on the spot
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The favoritism needs to stop. The 'I'm better than you attitudes' need to stop. Employees need to stop acting like managers and stop being allowed to make managerial decisions as It relates to schedules and table sections.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A complete management overhaul. Or new sensitivity Nd diversity training for current management. Our managers pick fights with us and make us feel horribly if we come to them with concerns. They publicly berate us in front of guests. Get them out or get them retrained.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The relationships between management and FOH employees is beyond inappropriate at our locations. The managers favorites get to work 6 days a week with doubles while the rest of us scramble to pick up shifts. Managers go out for drinks with said employees or even drink together at the restaurant.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation I'm okay with. What I'm not okay with is having my hours cut in favor of other servers that are 'best friends' with the scheduling manager. Hugely inappropriate. I'm not okay with my section being cut to 2 or 3 tables and working only one day a week.
