I had a great time with my coworkers. Morale was good.

Leadership changed too much. In 3 years I had 7 or 8 managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I enjoyed the morale and overall work atmosphere, but it is a lot of work, for not a lot of money
