To the customer's point of view, having an Outbacker that is on the same page as them and with each other is extremely important to the quality of service every time they come into the restaurant.

Horriable costomer service! Weve lost soo many regilars! The store id alsways dorty especially the batjrooms we constantly get complaints on! Out manager refuses to go talk to tables to make them happy
Somebody needs to stop the harassment and bullying and the violence and the sexual harassment that's going on at our store because somebody's going to either get hurt or commit suicide multiple people have anxiety from working they're to the point of where sometimes we try to get our shift covered
Hire good workers and keep them. Not doing so drives the rest of your good workers away. It is exponential.
