
I had a good experience in my interview.
There is no HR so this bypasses the long waiting process of onboarding. There is some computer training that needs to be completed but outside of that, being accepted as an employee, you can start working pretty quickly after being hired.

They don't care who they hire. It's a body.
Maybe, they could be jonest about hours worked
They need to ask more questions they just hire anybody

Not to hire just any one because she needs bodies. Actually take into consideration past work experience

During the interview process it would be wonderful if somebody would make sure that it was clear There are rules and guidelines that we abide by and there Is zero tolerance policy on Harassment. Period
Anyone gets hired. The key is hiring good people. If I have to train someone that isn't going to work here in a week you have only made my job more difficult with the same compensation.
