The Customers as the majority of them are understanding.

Outback managers typically care about employees as individuals, meaning they're pretty understanding when something personal comes up. They offer support and are understanding that the job isn't your entire life.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Equality in the workspace. Constructive feedback and consistency with all employees

stop yelling at everyone infront of people and to make people feel comfortable about coming to them.

Peoples attitude, peoples work enthusiasm, there work ethics

The amount of complaining, the amount of gossip, the amount of judgement towards the new staff and no effort to help, the anount of staff snapping at others and the level of disrespect

The proprietor needs to move on.

They need someone who actually cares about guest experiece running this location, and also cares about their employees and not rewarding guests so being rude and beligerant to her staff.

A complete management overhaul. Or new sensitivity Nd diversity training for current management. Our managers pick fights with us and make us feel horribly if we come to them with concerns. They publicly berate us in front of guests. Get them out or get them retrained.
