Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a $3/hr pay cut when I started working at Outback. I would feel better about compensation if benefits were offered to full time employees at 90 days instead of 1 year of service and if pay were more competitive

We are truly in it together and enjoy working together, we work efficiently and feel that there is a fair workload

My co-workers are very pleasant to work with and I feel that I have earned my wages a the end of the day
