It was much more relaxed than a typical interview, they cared mostly about attitude

We are truly in it together and enjoy working together, we work efficiently and feel that there is a fair workload

The team approach, if one person or station is falling behind, anyone that is able to help jumps right in, including managers.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers are very pleasant to work with and I feel that I have earned my wages a the end of the day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a $3/hr pay cut when I started working at Outback. I would feel better about compensation if benefits were offered to full time employees at 90 days instead of 1 year of service and if pay were more competitive
