Rapid7 has its heart in the right place, and can be a wonderful experience when we focus on the most important issues. Our mission, our customers, our people. However, it feels unfair that the business is so numbers driven and demanding in every respect except employee pay and career growth.

Our team is awesome. Everyone takes time to genuinely connect and help each other. We create strong bonds which often persist even beyond tenure.

A lot of us don't feel set up for success right now. The business keeps investing in more sales people as our main growth strategy, without putting in place the support functions to make the whole thing work. Our systems and data are weak. Customers find us frustrating and inflexible.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
We are SO FAR away from the market rate for our industry. As people move up in the org the pay rise is based on what the individual was earning in their previous role, rather than paying them at the market rate for their new role. There is not enough transparency around comp.
