What is the best part about your compensation package?
The composition of my total compensation. Competitive Salary, Achievable bonus targets, & RSUs that provide me with with a piece of what we are building at R7

I believe I'm paid fairly. My salary has increased each year, and I qualify for stock grants that take the sting out of years when the company (or my department) can't be as liberal with cash increases.
