Great energy, good teaming and opportunities for growth. As R7 matured, some processes and aspects of the experience evolved; others haven't kept up, creating more complexity and demands on our time. Work/life balance exists, but work/life separation is not what R7 is about (esp since Covid).

The executive team is transparent and accessible.

Seeing my team / team members succeed, and successfully getting through each month and year.

The team mentality, and the fact that people who work at Rapid7 are generally high performers who want to get things done.

We have each others' backs, and everyone on my team is a hard worker, so I never feel like I'm in it alone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I'm paid fairly. My salary has increased each year, and I qualify for stock grants that take the sting out of years when the company (or my department) can't be as liberal with cash increases.
