Fast growing cybersecurity company on a solid trajectory. Compensation, benefits, and workplace policies still maturing. Lots of smart people who care about their work, and many middle managers are amazing. Limited ability to effect change, no clear paths to advancement, lots of favoritism.

Leaders must be accountable for bad choices (acquisitions, financial planning, talent retention and acquisition strategy). I hear very little accountability from senior leaders at Rapid7. Prioritization and capacity planning are non-existent at every level of the company. Take responsibility.

The RSU's on top of salary and bonus are really great. As is the unlimited time off. I think the company takes mental well-being very seriously and it's a huge benefit for us!
