What did you like most about the interview process?
It had a more casual feel and they took the time to have me meet lots of different people.

They're not only intelligent but they're passionate and eager to always be improving - and they want to bring their team along with in success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The RSU's on top of salary and bonus are really great. As is the unlimited time off. I think the company takes mental well-being very seriously and it's a huge benefit for us!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open conversation, discussion of ideas, encouraging us to be who we are and express it, a buzzing friendly atmosphere that's also full of curiosity and an eagerness to push boundaries and move Rapid7 further into the future.
What makes you most happy at work?
The buzzing excitement and intelligence found in all of our Moose - literally all! We care about what we do and we support each other, break down silos, and push forward with the same ideals. You can feel the excitement and positivity in the work environment!

Their close connection to the Moose community. We get a good amount of face time with them, and that's super appreciated.
