I'm compensated at a competitive rate and the benefits package has a lot of options for things like childcare reimbursements and health savings accounts.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We live our company values and talk about them regularly. The flexibility has been great and I don't feel like I need to choose between work and home life - I am trusted to balance both as needed.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Recruiters were so helpful and I was kept informed throughout the process. It was quick - it didn't drag on but I also felt like I had met enough people to get a feel for the role and the culture of the company.
