My manager leads by example rather than by words. My manager is available whenever I need to talk through a situation and is always able to share how they handle similar situations. My manager also cares about how I am doing both inside and outside of work and promotes a healthy work/life balance.

faster decision making, less red tape/bureaucracy, clear understanding of OKRs from the top down and how teams can incorporate them into their goals.

Difficult in the sense that it's thorough, if you make it to the last stage you've basically met everyone you'll be working with and have the opportunity to ask them questions so it's kind of an interview for them too

I had a different interview process where I had the opportunity to meet the hiring managers in a happy hour type environment. This was great because going into the interview they already knew the baseline about me so we could spend the full time digging into why I should be hired for this role.

Every deal I work, I get looped in with different resources and at this point I have gotten to know so many people in different roles and having a one off conversation with them can really lighten my mood and make a day that much better. In less words, our people make the company a special place.
