Overall, the people at Rapid7 are excited to roll their sleeves up from the sales floor, to the SOC team, etc. We all have a common goal and it makes it really fun to work deals with so many people by your side.

Despite being a larger , and reputable org there are times where it feels like a start up and that pace keeps things exciting and challenging.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The comradery of the teams here is great- we go through a lot together and spend so much time together. It's nice to have friends you work with not just coworkers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every deal I work, I get looped in with different resources and at this point I have gotten to know so many people in different roles and having a one off conversation with them can really lighten my mood and make a day that much better. In less words, our people make the company a special place.
