What do you like best about the leadership team?
They consistently choose to do the right thing over the easy thing. They make space for everyone to have a seat at the table. And they are always striving to do better.

They're not afraid to try things to make great products and constantly improve for customers. They genuinely want to make this company a great place to work too. Sometimes the focus is on the US but that will hopefully change as more as non US offices expand.

Everyone's ideas are respected and discussed, and as a team we pick the best solution regardless of who suggested it.

Clever and intelligent people. Generally quite light on office politics and most people are pulling in the same direction to get the products delivered

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of diversity, training and support is available. They try to make it a fun place to work and provide food etc. frequently. They make sure you have the right equipment and licences to do your job too

promote faster rather than when someone tries to quit.

The recruiter was always up for questions and openly shared interview feedback

There were 3-4 interviews - a chat with Talent acquisition and my prospective manager, a technical interview and a culture fit interview. The culture fit interview was the best part as it allowed me to ask questions about the working style and office environment from other members of the team
