I have joined 3 months ago as an APM and the experience is quite good till now. Although it could be better, till now they have focused on learning about the products first and then working on it which is taking too much time but we can learn things simultaneously while working on them.

Some of the best things about my team are they are really passionate for the work they are doing irrespective of the profile and it's like they do it with their full interest. Secondly they are patient about the work and things, not in a hurry to do or accomplish anything.

I am fairly new to the organization so I can't comment much about the culture but as far I have seen people are helpful and you always have your buddy to clear all your issues and doubts although you can ask it to anyone you like based on their availability. People are open about work.

I actually like my work and it's an more of a passion to work for people indirectly as we are B to B to make their lives more easier and efficient. The thing that makes me most happy at work is when we work on new product or brainstorm about the existing to create something new and more innovative.
