What is the best part about your compensation package?
The balance under various heads which reduces my tax liability and provides me with more disposable income.

The company is doing great hence the variable part of the compensation has been rewarded at 200%. This is the best part as company shares with employees if they are minting more money.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Simple, I am happy with the role elevation I have and I am always hungry to learn and I am happy with what I have achieved and what all I can being just 3+ years in the org. I am happy with my compensation, however, I know it can be better considering the role and responsibility and market norms

The HR Policies are too customised looking at the ethnicity of employees as they are located across the globe. HR plans policies keeping in mind these factors. The culture is great and each and every employee is heard.
