The leadership is very focused about the company's goals. They make sure that the teams are equally involved and driven to achieve these goals. They allow others to freely contribute in meetings and discussions. Everyone irrespective of their designation is treated equally.

Overall awesome people, bright future, and tremendous promise. However, need to hire more help where roles were consolidated during hard times to improve workload and work life balance. Also be sure goals and deliverables are achievable and have people working to common goals.
