What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is focused on growth and profitability. The best part is that they allow the employees to fail and quickly recover to achieve their best potential. They never micro manage and allow the employee with a lot of room to flourish. They innovate and rally behind the sales guy!!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Though the compensation package is fair but it can be better when compared to the market.

More benefetis like: -Meal vouchers - Bonus of scheaduling meetings - Bonus of making sales - Gym pass (one good option is urban Sports) - Better welcome package (not just one old computer)

Given the responsibilites and work; the compensation should be in line with the global and market standards. I truely believe employees who have been loyal and staying with Rategain for over 3 years all of their packages should be reviewed as per market standard and revision should be done.

Everyone is very helpful and kind. People are also very knowledge about the Hospitality industry and are seasoned. There are not a lot of "newbies" to this field, so it is easy to learn from just about everyone! That is hard to find in a company.
