What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very personable and seem to truly care about the employees as people. They always take time if we need it and are very laid back, have a lot of trust (not micromanagers). It is truly a great culture here!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very helpful and kind. People are also very knowledge about the Hospitality industry and are seasoned. There are not a lot of "newbies" to this field, so it is easy to learn from just about everyone! That is hard to find in a company.
