Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They could increase pay according to the current industry-level internet and phone charges reimbursement. Leaves on birthdays, anniversaries, and work anniversaries! Increase yearly leaves quota

As per the market standards and the work I have been doing day and night since the time I joined BCV, it appears like the appraisal isn't fair since we don't even have any bonus policy or any other employee retaining perks! It is what we get and should be looked into with the recession at this stage

I feel that we are severely underpaid by job role averages throughout the city of Chicago. I do not feel comfortable asking for change in this because of all of the talk around retention and company financials. Have not been met with open communication when this has been brought up in the past.
