I think a raise would make me happy when I am eligible for one.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love my job! There is always something to learn or new challenges each day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It is a growing agency with great people, and that makes for a very electric and exciting environment to work.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love that they are open to new ideas and always upbeat and positive. The kind of managers you really want to kill it for.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is very nice, and I was welcomed to the team since day one. It is just a great group of people to work with.

Overall awesome people, bright future, and tremendous promise. However, need to hire more help where roles were consolidated during hard times to improve workload and work life balance. Also be sure goals and deliverables are achievable and have people working to common goals.
