I like how I've been able to move up within this company and how flexible everyone is. At the same time though I find that no direction is given and communication is poor. That is what makes things challenging.

Included in more leadership activities. Taken seriously on lack of resources and staffing in my dept. Provide perks to my group for all their hard work etc.
