I love the work I get to do, and am proud of what I contribute. I don't believe there are clear expectations around which roles are doing what, or clarity around processes. I dont think there is adequate training for new hires, and that we are understaffed - so new members cant perform.

I don't think my company pays a competitive salary range for its various positions. I also believe I am currently handling the responsibilities of multiple roles, but only being paid for one.
